ColourPop, as a young cosmetics brand, focuses on fun color, trends, and newness— launching new products almost every week. Email content included sale promotions, product features, as well as lifestyle & product application techniques.
Email development was fast-paced and incorporated unique stylistic details from product packaging. With so many unique styles, one design challenge was creating larger, product category-focused emails, which often featured photography shot in dramatically different styles. The most successful executions allowed product visuals to shine by incorporating as much simplicity and white space into the design as possible.
